We visited here as Merlin annual pass holders the day after Boxing Day. London was heaving and once we were we admitted, it was a bit chaotic to say the least. We shuffled our way around to a bit where you could buy drinks at the beginning but the staff were too busy talking amongst themselves to take our order so we left it. People were trying to queue jump here."
